This is the little corner in my website where I get to share everything that goes on in my brain.

If you’ve found your way here, chances are you love stories just as much as I do. And since you’re going to be reading the finished books, I thought it might be fun to let you see a little of what happens before they ever make it into your hands.

This is where you’ll find the messy, exciting, occasionally chaotic parts of being an author.

So, What Will You Find Here?

I’ll be sharing my writing process and everything that goes on in my very imaginative brain.

I’ll be sharing things like:

• Character introductions

• Playlists & inspiration behind my books

• Behind-the-scenes writing updates

And probably a few things I haven’t thought of yet.

Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned from writing, it’s that the characters rarely stick to the plan—so I’m not going to pretend this blog always will either.

Where It All Begins

Right now, much of what you’ll see around here will revolve around my upcoming novel, BREATHE.

Set against the cold, isolated beauty of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, BREATHE  is an adult supernatural dark romance filled with dangerous secrets, unexpected connections, and three mysterious men who are about to make one woman’s fresh start a lot more complicated than she planned.

This book started off as an escape from my anxious mind.

Now we are at the end, and I finally get to start sharing pieces of it with you.

There is so much I can’t tell you yet.

But that’s half the fun, isn’t it?

More Than Just the Finished Book

One of my favorite things about stories is that there’s always so much readers never get to see.

The songs that played on repeat while a chapter was being written. The inspiration behind a character. The scenes that changed ten times before they felt right. The tiny details that somehow became important. The ideas that appeared at completely inconvenient hours and refused to leave me alone until I wrote them down.

My Writing Desk is where those things live.

I want this to be somewhere you can come between releases and find something new—a glimpse behind the curtain, an update on what I’m working on, or maybe a clue about what’s coming next.

And This Is Only the Beginning

BREATHE  is the first story I get to share with you, but it certainly won’t be the last.

There are more stories to tell, more characters waiting for their turn, and plenty happening behind this writing desk.

I’m incredibly excited to finally have somewhere to share all of it.

So pull up a chair, stay awhile, and come back whenever you’d like.
